Faster Build Time
 From reinforcement, placement and inspection to setting, pouring
and the final stripping and clean-up, our entire process is fast and
efficient. Two men can place and have ready for reinforcement
inspection two homes per day. The forms will be
delivered and placed around the job site, to maximize form setting
efficiency and insure same day pour. The stripping and site
clean-up process includes 3-8 employees to remove and place the
forms in baskets to be picked up and moved to the next site. All
wall ties will be broken off, and the exterior tie holes will be coated with
a mastic to eliminate rust bleeding. The site will then be cleaned
of any items that were used to pour walls. No need for a
dumpster, as there will not be any items for disposal left on the
jobsite.
Superior Product Strength
Solid concrete has an ultimate strength greater than
block, making it better able to resist cave-ins caused by lateral
pressures of wind earth and water. Its ultimate compression
strength is also greater, making it better able to support vertical
compressive loads. In addition, poured concrete walls get stronger
as they age up to five years, thus reducing customer call backs due
to structural issues.
Fire Resistant
Because of the increased density and joint construction, poured
concrete walls offer twice the fire resistance of a hollow core
block wall.
Water Resistant
Solid concrete walls are essentially impervious to the passage
of water. Solid concrete walls have fewer and smaller voids than
block, thus less porosity of the wall. It offers twice the density
of a hollow core wall and weighs approximately 50 pounds more per
cubic foot. This makes the wall more stable and drier.
Durability
 The durability of a solid concrete wall, versus the conventional
block masonry type construction, is fully appreciated with a simple
hammer blow to the wall.
The ever-present effervescent properties, that are common with block
products, will not occur in a solid concrete wall. The unsightly
motor lines that will eventually become visible on some block walls,
are not a risk for solid concrete walls. Solid concrete walls
contain 40% more concrete than hollow core block. This equates to
strength of an end product that is much greater than block can
achieve even if every core in the block is filled with concrete.

reduced. The solid concrete wall is not as susceptible to damage due
to the density and PSI of the wall, thereby reducing the number of
call backs and punch list issues due at closings.
The solid poured wall will not have the mortar joints showing
through the cementitious coatings over time, therefore fewer
appearance issues will need to be addressed.
Concrete is resistant to rot, decay and rodents as well as fungi. A
poured wall is nontoxic, containing no preservatives to be come free
upon contact or by leaching.
